Les Prés, Monthodon | another Hawaii weekend.
Over the weekend I traveled to Vendome, 45 minutes from Paris, to meet up with the man I respect the most after my father: Mr. Tom Sewell. After 2 years since my internship in Hawaii, I got to see him again. He, the man who lives a world full of fantasy. He, the man who picked the path less traveled. He, the man who left a great impact in my life.

It was a countryside home, a very fancy one that is. A big house with run down barn that Tom and Michelle (his wife) fixed up and turned into a gorgeous house that is full of his art collection.
I also got to meet up with some amazing new friends: Anna-Lisa, one of his past interns from Germany; Dennis Gassner, Academy Award Winner for Production Design, Skyfall was one of his work. Tom's best friend; Sandy and Jeff Huckleberry, two performance artists from Boston. I seemed to have forgot all that amazing energy of people that I used to see very often when I was in Hawaii, the kind of energy I hardly see everyday back in my daily life in the mainland. At first, honestly, I was having a rather difficult time returning to that state where I could just, you know, be crazy again. I don't know ahh. Must have lost that stress-free spirit bits by bits when I left Hawaii.
And obviously, you can tell that Tom dressed us up and did a little photoshoot, just like the old time, so I got back to being crazy for the sake of Tom Sewell's art. Here are some photos of my weekend :)
